Please be advised that:
After four and a half years, Health Canada suspended Resonant Light Technology Inc., Class II Medical Device Licence on December 7th, 2006 because the PERL was not a TENS device by their definition.With this suspension, Resonant Light Technology Inc. cannot sell the PERL as a therapeutic device for use on humans within Canada.
